The workout plan is great & the interface is simple and easy to understand. However, it glitches so that once you've completed one session of one day, it automatically highlights the next day's workout so if you aren't paying attention you'll do 2 different intensity workouts in one day. Also if you don't open the app via the notification bar or dismiss a notification, the app will quit sending you reminders until you open it again. Also wish you could close the app while working out.

Absolutely awesome app. Experienced results I was looking for after only a few days. Easy to follow and there is a private mode. You can have voice prompts and/or vibrate or silent and just watch the prompts that are on screen. It gradually intensifies workout over time to keep your muscles strong. Excellent. I highly recommend.

Solid Kegel exercises. With optional reminders. Would recommend for those looking to unlock their groin muscles. With the reminders: I tried to put three timers, since each work out should be done three times a day (don't worry, it's only a couple minutes) but I did not get the reminders when three were present. Switched to one at a time and it's working fine.
